Need some "civil war" and "restructure" mixed in since that's the only solution. It'll happen eventually. There's simply no way for it to be avoided.
It also has the effect of us having our thumbs up our asses waiting for a fantasy to play out. Meanwhile, our freedom of speech has revoked and we're doing nothing about it.
