We already know the Columbia professor is a friend of Comey and has taken material to leak to the NYTimes against POTUS , i.e. a mockingbird asset.
Since it was said to be from a college sharing system, I figured that was the guy who downloaded and gave it to his bosses, the NYTimes
The letter is fiction. There's no evidence it's really from a person at the WH
They don't have to worry MYTimes can just claim they need to "protect their source" You know, the college student who wrote it. kek
