Discovering the male invading the women's locker room would trigger many to simply request a full refund and leave the establishment. But good for her for winning the suit and setting a little precedent. Hopefully there will be many more.
We are planefags. We are not watching the radar all the time; I'm in the planefags reserves and hardly ever have it on. You can see what they allow you to see. There is no record of the miliary flights an hour after the flyover. If you holler here while it's happening there's a chance we can see it on ADSB, if they have the transponders turned on.
Here you go, anon. We currently see 27 military aircraft over CONUS, and none of the ones shown are F15s (type column sorted alphabetically). Doubtful that we could have seen them during the flyover either.
Where I live we get fighter jet flyovers fairly often … training ops…. I check ADSB …. the ones I eyewitness are never seen on ADSB.

I would not call it common.
I h0pe her suit asked for compensatory damages so there is a punishment handed out to the fitness club, to deter such behavior in the future and by other fitness places.
