I believe this may be part of a two-pronged attack on the Public's subliminal tolerance for literal child-fuckery.

 

  1. ''Normalize thought about pedophilia''. Even if never Publicly accepted, the normalization would take the same approach that was taken to normalize homophobia. Put it in the Public's face nearly every day for 5 years until everyone is exhaustively numb from hearing about it and just says, "Whatever. I'm not a homo. I don't care how those people live their life."

 

  1. ''Appeal to the baser instinct of vanity'' to support the Public's tolerance of:

a. poor children getting food, money, education, etc. When they give blood.

b. A cottage industry of selling "young blood" to older citizens.

c. A cottage industry that re-invigorates the current market of fetus sales by bringing in the sale of youth organs.
