Even if true, how does NOT standing up for him protect our 1st amendment? ALL speech must be defended. What is it now, over 10 net companies trying to squash him and so far getting away with it without outcry? If we sit here going "Oh he wanted to be banned, let's just ignore it and let them establish precedent", we're the next under their heel. Having said that, I don't know how to fix this. But just saying "oh he deserves it" or "he's a foreign agent, not a REAL American, those don't have a first amendment!" is a cowardly cop-out. This can't stand as-is or they'll kill us with it. If he's an agent, they must PROVE it before PUNISHING, know what I mean?
