Rethinking the Elizabeth Holmes / Theranos trial.
Back in June, Elizabeth Holmes, Founder and CEO of Theranos, seemed like another rich girl who got busted doing bad things by the SEC.
Upon reflection, there could be much more to the story. The SEC went after Holmes for fraud, which is likely entirely justified. But what’s more interesting, is the behind the scenes players in this bit of kabuki theatre, and the real motivation behind it all.
The Theranos Board Of Directors is absolutely packed with powerhouse names, Kissinger and Mattis to name the bigger kahunas in that pond.
Who makes the decision on what cases to prosecute at the SEC? Melissa Hodgman aka Peter STRZOK’S wife.
Could this move on Theranos by the SEC have been an attempt by the FBI to gain info. or leverage over Mattis / Trump?
My gut says yeppers.
