Shit just check out eBay. NVGs, optics like EOTech sights, seen A LOT of Knight's Armament flip up iron sights with USMC markings for sale. Not "surplus" but "stolen." All kinds of other shit. Maybe they reigned it in, but it was rampant not too long ago.

Ah thanQ getting a slow start this morning. Makes sense now. I swear I've seen that kid on Fox News at some point. During the whole Parkland "we want your guns" shit.

Mixed feelings about O'Neill. On one hand, a decorated (former) operator. On the other, a fucking famewhore. If he truly put a bullet in bin Laden's brain, good for him. But he should've kept his mouth shut. Now he's blacklisted from the Naval Special Warfare community. Sometimes I wonder if he's part of Obama's whole outing of DEVGRU/ST6 since we hardly heard about them until Obama began using them for political purposes. Obama also fucking acknowledged CAG/ACE/SFOD-D/Delta after MSgt Wheeler was killed.

Eh well if no one else is shooting and he's firing within his sector, he knows it's his shot. These guys practice live fire, divide rooms into sectors for clearing purposes. It's organized chaos and they practice using live ammo. Also had the mockup, if any of that is true. I watched a squad of ("regular") Army SF clear a two story kill house in 90 seconds. Killed a dozen "bad guys" (pieces of paper). If plain old Berets can do that, think of what an SMU like DEVGRU or CAG can do. They work together for so long that they don't even need to communicate with one another. Or very little comms.

Oops I meant a standard ODA, 18X MOS. Not spending day after day in a killhouse like an SMU tasked with CQB missions. It's just an issue of the unit's mission. Not discounting Army SF, wife's cousin is a retired Green Beret who was medically discharged after sustaining 2 GSWs on his fifth tour. Two Purple Hearts.

Have never served due to medical ineligibility. Just have a lot of family and friends who have served. Most in intelligence and SF units. I know what I've been told by these people. And my own (casual) research. I admit I may be wrong.

No. Or maybe yes and they say "wind farms are cool, we don't care if they cost more than what they produce."

Crimes, both known and unknown. Nothing future. Has to have been committed prior to the effective date of the pardon.

Accepting a pardon is considered an admission of guilt. That includes a self-pardon (hypothetically).

Read the Constitution. Read Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. Read the Federal Rules of Evidence. Read the UCMJ. Read case law. Read, read, read. Then you will understand. Hopefully.

Reformed lawfag here. Con law is very complex. That should be obvious to you. This needs to be done RIGHT. It needs to be lawful. It needs to be done by the book, down to the letter. There's so many little nuances. Not just the Constitution. There's evidentiary standards. What's admissible, how to admit illegally obtained evidence, etc as we've already seen. POTUS is the "law and order" President so should it be any surprise that he's doing it by the book? Besides, don't do it by the book and these awful creatures walk. Who here wants that?

>Absolutely! Without God underpinning your rights as Americans, you have NONE. That's what you constitution states.

Indeed. The Bill of Rights contains natural rights. The Founders made sure to make it clear that the government does not and cannot "give" people rights. It cannot take them away (from a law-abiding citizen). Whoa, what a novel concept.

Law and order. They don't want vigilante justice, but realize it will happen. Vigilante justice is counter to everything POTUS stands for. The Constitution, due process, fair trial. I completely agree with the approach, the plan. If we're gonna do this, we can't be like (((them))). We're better than (((them))) and we have the law (and God) on our side.

Reasoning with statists is fun /s

>But you Americans are missing the foundational beauty of your constitution if you fail to recognise your GOD given (not government given) rights.

I strap a gun to my hip on a daily basis and am ready to exercise my natural right to self-defense. Statists who don't like it can fuck off, it's my fucking God-given right. I (strategically) protest when police overstep their authority when dealing with me. Too may of us (Americans) are complacent drones. They believe government is God. Government says where to take a dump, how to take a dump, when to do it.

Example, the Dem candidate for governor in my state wants to install GPS trackers on EVERY car. Nevermind our Supreme Court has said that the government needs a warrant for a criminal suspect before placing a GPS tracking device on his or her vehicle. I've been howling unconstitutional for a while now. People just don't seem to give a shit. Sigh
