I may have missed the splaining on how, if Barry pardoned everyone secretly on his last morning in office, including himself, how do we nick him and everyone else?

Is it because of a continuing conspiracy to overthrow a sitting president?

We may only have from 12:01 pm on 1/20/17 to work with, or does the pardon wash it all down the drain? I kinda doubt it, but someone enlighten me, prease!
