Contract law that is well settled states a contract cannot be founded upon a falsehood. Doing so is commision of fraud. Once discovered, the contract is null and void.
Inwardly, the use of birth certs to show you as property of the state is done. outwardly, a birth cert is shown just as a record of your birth, nothing more nothing less.

God is valuable.
Humility is valuable.
Justice is valuable.
