Question. If the military has has this plan in place since 2012, or for years as claimed, why is the final say up to POTUS on the timing? I'm sure the planners gave him a window but Q has also mention time lines change. Just curious.

I understand all of that, but another anon just said the military was in charge, not Trump. It's my understanding that Trump is the commander in chief, head of the military, not the other way around. Their plan, but they must follow his orders. There must be absolute trust for this to work.
