I .. how do I saw this without seeming mental… I had a visit one time from my deceased father. It's not easy to explain and there are many fascinating elements to it but the relevant one here is that he communicated with me but NOT with language.

It was a stream and it was FAST. I realized that what I was having to do was to 'translate' what he was telling me from the stream form into words, which was taking time and making me miss the next part of what he was communicating.

It was so fast and I missed a lot.

I wish I could have a do-over because the things I remember from it seem like they weren't the most important parts.
