Were Cold Fusion Weapons

On September 11, 2001?

Did anyone know that a Major Hurricane was headed towards NYC, right before 9/11/01 ?

I didn’t know & I live in Queens.

I have read that the only thing that would change the direction of a hurricane, in this kind of radical way, would be a trough. A trough would be caused by a drop in Barometric Pressure.

Would a Cold Fusion Weapon cause a drop in Barometric Pressure?

I hope one of you on here, know enough to explain this to me. I’ll check back.
