So does that mean create a cypher wheel but instead of alphabet letters the inner ring would be real names and the outer wheel would be the 'other' names like Alice, Wonderland, &, etc.
So to set it properly, 'Q' would be set to 'Alice'. But we'd have to get the rest of the names in the correct order.

OK so with that info maybe Alice is the keyword you set the cypher to that reveals the proper alignment to decipher?
I don't know what that cipher ring looks like though.
