IMHO we are being set up defending his 1st amendment. Yes it's the right thing to do, that's exactly why they know Patriots would come to his defense. Like him or not, it's the principle being defended, but that is not how they will paint it. They will hold out the support of his right to craziness, holding these 'conspiracies' as true, Patriots are again nothing more than conspiracy theorists who bought his lies over the years. The horrendous claims against secretary clinton et al` will be held up as the ugly results of Trump's supporters buying into the lies.
