If that's the case then apologies. I'm very familiar with these cameras and it would be a somewhat weird choice to use Reds to film broadcast. Sort of like driving a sports car off road.

If they're saying they specifically use Reds to film then that's one thing. If you're assuming they use them because the footage is 4k it's unlikely.

Reds are known for having poor reliability and have issues with overheating. Their fans kick in quite loudly after about 10mins of continuous recording and they don't have the proper connections necessary for broadcast by default. Their sensor size is much larger than cameras traditionally used in broadcast which would make focus pulling more of an issue. Most likely they're using very expensive industry specific cameras from Sony or Panasonic.

The camera in that image is not what a Red looks like.

So, I've been following this since the beginning. I'm really wondering when we are going to be shown absolute proof that's what happening is real. I fear we're going to start losing people if this continues another week without a MAJOR happening. I understand why their plan takes time, but, it wouldn't be that hard for Q to drop the footage somewhere or provide us clues that cannot be disputed.
