Great summary. I put together this graphic last night and posting it now if useful to anyone. The bottomline is that I don't think anons have searched extensively enough for less well known video footage of the SOTU. For example, I found a vox video that visually shows one of the three female demos in question speaking (can see mouth open upclose) at about the same time that we hear "Trump should be shot" though you can't really hear it in the vox recording.
I also seems (to me anyway) like CNN's and C-SPAN's footage may have slightly better sound quality than the FOX footage, although all three seem to be drawn from the same live feed.
There may also be rare cell phone recordings made by people who were there that could be quite useful.
I have done sound enhancement before with Audacity (free ware), but don't have time today to do it. Here is a great tutorial video if anyone wants to learn and try it with one of these SOTU clips. Its a great skill set to learn if you ever want to do podcasting.
