I have a jack russel… feed him a cup and a half of food a day… go for walks or play almost daily expect in winter… he gets about 22lbs in winter 20 lbs in summer… he is 6 years old stage one gums as he lets me use a dental scaler on his teeth once a month, and he is perfect weight.
