Sweden has voted today.

Immigration critics, the Sweden Democrats would be getting somewhere around 17.9% (half of votes have now been counted).

What's maybe even more remarkable is the content of this piece I stumbled on:

In it, an observer for the OVSE tells us he never in his career saw such undemocratic elections.

He has worked on observing elections in Russia and in several young democracies from the former soviet bloc.

The guy is a Danish politician, Michael Aastrup Jensen.

Friatider has brought out many stories about election irregularities (fraud) in Swedish elections, often first outed on social media.

Most of the stories appear to be related to mishaps with the voting forms.
