Is it possible POTUS is waiting on the FISA declas until Kavanaugh is confirmed?

It seemed from Graham's questioning that the good guys needed to have that information out in front of the public before they start arresting, and if so, does that mean we need Kavanaugh on the court before the FISA can be declassified (which is certainly to trigger the flood of indictments being unsealed)?

Just thinking about the timing issue.

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this yet (I didn't see it in the notables), but according to this, other IG reports have resulted in arrests. Are these the other IG reports Q referred to? Why hasn't this been in the news? Never mind…I know why not.
