I just found this video of a French hero who was able to track back YouTube pedo content to some japanese chans as well as an English speaking board.

This is a disgusting topic, but to fight these sick people we have to acknowledge that these evil people exist and find out their hotspots/forums and report those to the responsible bureaus.

I believe the task is not too hard, try to find those boards/forums and report them to the FBI/Interpol depending on where you live.
