If we are to believe what is actually happening according to Q, then we have to differentiate between globalist NWO bad actors and actual country police. The spying could have been directed by a handful of bad actors not acting according to official policy or official direction.
You demand an independent investigation and public inquiry. This means people within the secret services or who may have been involved are not in charge of it, but an agreed neutral party is. 99% of the people of the UK do not even know spying took place or that GCHQ/MI5 or other was involved. The same applies to the vast majority of the people in Government. So how on earth could this be blamed on the country as a whole? If 5 people in 50 million are involved? We will hopefully find out soon how deep it goes and hopefully see prosecutions (not just disciplinary action).
