Fucking bullshit. That's not how Swedish voting happens at all.
The different colors are for the three separate elections that are happening at the same time: national, regional, and city.
The ballots are picked up in a semi-occluded spot where people get to go one by one to pick up your ballots alone, and if you feel like someone is watching you can simply take a ballot for every party - lots of people do this.
You then go to a private booth to put your three votes in envelopes, lick them shut, then queue up to give them to attendants. Attendants check your ID (yes, this is a thing in the civilized parts of the world!), and then they put them in boxes and scratches your name from the list in plain sight so you know your ballot goes into the box, and that no-one else adds more votes in your name.
Representatives from several competing parties guard these boxes like hawks, and count the votes together, one by one, making sure no-one cheats.
It's not a perfect system, but it's a HELL of a lot better than what you got in the US!
