Can confirm. Ohio Anon here. Prior to POTUS, it was common to see reports and posts on Facebook about weird happenings at some of the larger/wealthy shopping areas. Not trying to doxx myself but this area is in one of the Liberal portions of Ohio and where members of the Black caucus that were on their phones at the SOTU serve.
The good news is that these reports have pretty much disappeared completely.
