you've got to remember that Q knows that the bad actors are watching this place.
My theory is that some posts are designed to allow them to judge how the bad actors react. This provides the good actors with info on on their tactics and also their current level of capability.
It is probably also satisfying watching the panic this type of drop causes eg what has that member of the Black Caucus done as a result of the Q post. Might help them dig up more dirt on these people.
