So this has me thinking, if Hussein's whole administration is flushed and invalid, then that would mean his EOs are invalid as well, right?

If that's the case, then this section (however appropriate and applicable to the current situation) is also invalid.

But until the day Hussein's administration is officially declared a sham, why isn't anyone abiding by this EO? Obviously a LOT is classified in order to conceal criminal activity and embarrassment. Why are the sanctions specified in that EO not being enforced by POTUS?
