You got a source on that?

Because Revelation 14:11 says

"And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”

They an't getting off so lucky as you describe. Punishment for crimes against God take infinity to pay off, which means you never stop paying.

The Bible is 100% legit, at least in the big picture, don't want to argue smantics. Here are some quick proofs.

  1. Prophecy: their are about 300 prophecies just about Jesus in the Bible. No other religion has prophecy in such a major way. No other religious leader had their prophecies confirmed by outsider sources. (Roman historians, multiple gospel accounts, etc).

  2. All but one of the original apostles died for their faith, if Jesus was a LARP, you would think at least one of the 11 would bail, did not happen. (the only one who did not die was the guy who got sent to Patmos, whom I quoted.)

  3. If you want more proofs, which you probably do, please look up "The Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel or visit a website such as https://christiananswers.net/q-eden/edn-t003.html.

Anyway, I actually really did want your source? Where would I find more about your view point?

Nope, they all fled when he got taken away to the cross. Peter tried to hold the line but ended up denying knowing him in the court yard.

What is amazing though is that the story does not end there. Jesus was raised from the dead and appeared to them, which is probably why they spent the rest of their lives talking about Him.
