I know when I first encountered him, I was so excited that he knew who I was, that I went out and bought a KJV Bible. That excitement left when I couldn’t understand hardly any of it. I threw the Bible across the room, and said, “How the hell am I supposed to understand this?!?”
The next time I picked it up, I could read it as easy as any other book.
Jesus is very clear that you need the Holy Spirit to understand his words. The Pharisees knew the scriptures back and forth, yet had him crucified.
He is alive and well, and very active. Instead of hanging out in bars, which he still does, he hangs out on the chans. He ADORES these guys. He is beyond fond of them. You are taking away hope from his beloveds. You need to stop, now. If you have no experience with him, then you don’t know him. Period.
