There are 907 people who worked at The Standard Hotels in the past. 89 people are currently working at The Standard High Line. 181 worked at The Standard High Line in the past. This could all be useful but don't want to dig into it; will let other anons archive.
Gives me an idea. If this is a sister-in-law, she would be married to Schiff's brother, which means her last name is most likely Schiff. Nothing turned up on LinkedIn for The Standard Hotels or The Standard High Line, past or present.
