You really think planes hit the twin towers?
They don't feel that they have many other options left at this point.
Planes are lightweight aluminum. The towers were encased in steel girders.
Planes didn't hit the towers.
This!
The main fuel tanks are in the wings, so the fireball would have been on the impact side of the building, not on the opposite side.
This now makes me think back when I was in elementary school, and we were encouraged to donate blood. Kids were marched down to the gym where blood donations were being taken by whoever was sponsoring it.
They have them in the wings as well, as the center tanks. There are no passenger liners that I know of that only have center tanks. Center tanks are generally smaller capacity too, so that would greatly inhibit their range.
Most all planes have multiple fuel tanks. Even most light SE aircraft have 2 wing tanks. Larger aircraft have multiple wing tanks, multiple center tanks and some even have tail tanks.
