This was not by accident, it was done on purpose to make a tremendous fuel load in the PNW and Cali. The goal was so that now HUGE fires could be started with ease. It worked. No, this is not a space based weapon, it is environmentalism… an earth based weapon of mass destruction. Tree bark, ESPECIALLY oak is an ABLATIVE. look that word up and see if you can figure out why they sometimes burn from the inside… Bark is really hard to burn but the inside burns readily. Simple as that.
