To be fair to the President, he's been thrust into a new world in the top job. I've enjoyed his humor and feel-good rally rhetoric, but he is not always the picture of verbal clarity – sometimes on purpose.

However, to listen to him on subjects he really gets: trade and construction, he is an EXCELLENT communicator.
