PREPARING THE WTC FOR DESTRUCTION

What are the odds that an avant garde Austrian art group was given access to the 91st floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center to remove windows, erect platforms outside the structure and leave material that could only be viewed by a close passing helicopter on a clear day? Well they are 100%.

What are the odds the art troupe are named after an explosive called Gelatin? What are the odds this group is sponsored by a cultural group who has an Israeli agent as a member who lived blocks from Mohammed Atta the terrorist who hated modern art and crashed an aircraft into it? Well they are 100%.

What are the odds that the markings on the cases that lined the walls of the space they were using were the same markings used for a special fuse holder assembly that allows for complex wiring? Well they are 100% too.

What are the odds the New York Times actually published a full page feature in August even showing pictures of the artists at work? Yes 100%.

What are the odds the graphic above if found in the hands of a Muslim in Iraq or Afghanistan would get you a one way ticket to Guantanimo with no chance to escape the water boarding season? Well more than 100% for sure.

Of course not to be outdone Gelatin produced a book on their exploits at the World Trade Center.

US Lab in Georgia May Have Engaged in Lethal Experiments on People – Ex-Minister

Several countries, including Russia, suspect that the laboratory in the Georgian capital, known as the Lugar Center for Public Health Research, may contain a secret military biological weapons program run by the US military and private contractors.

Former Georgian State Security Minister Igor Giorgadze has asked President Donald Trump to investigate reports that personnel at the Lugar Center may have engaged in experimentation on human test subjects, some of which he claims proved to be lethal.

Speaking at a press conference in Moscow on Tuesday, Giorgadze said that he has received "hundreds of thousands of pages'" worth of documents from "friends" in Georgia showing what appears to be evidence of secret experiments against human test subjects at the lab.

The former minister, a long-time opponent of ex-President Mikheil Saakashvili, cited lab figures about the deaths of 24 people he said died in December 2015 during treatment for hepatitis C. Between April and August 2016, Giorgadze claimed, another 30 and 13 people died, the cause of their deaths listed as "unknown," with no formal investigation carried out.

"A whole range of experiments involving my fellow Georgians had lethal outcomes," Giorgadze said, adding that he does not have access to information about the alleged victims' names – only numbers with their dates of birth and sex.

Google ‘planned to aid Syria regime defectors,’ leaked Clinton emails show

Clinton, for her part, did not reveal her thoughts on the project but requested PDF samples Cohen had attached to the email to be printed for later reference. (AP)

An online tool created by search giant Google was launched to help Syrian rebels bring down the Syrian regime, in partnership with Qatari-based broadcaster Al Jazeera, leaked emails from Hillary Clinton’s server show.

The open source tool was eventually used in an article by Al Jazeera English’s website to track and map defections within the Syrian regime’s leadership.

“My team is planning to launch a tool on Sunday that will publicly track and map the defections in Syria and which parts of the government they are coming from,” wrote Jared Cohen, a Clinton advisor until 2010 and currently President of Jigsaw, formerly known as Google Ideas, the company’s New York-based policy think tank.

“Our logic behind this is that while many people are tracking the atrocities, nobody is visually representing and mapping the defections, which we believe are important in encouraging more to defect and giving confidence to the opposition.”

The leaked email also revealed that Cohen and Google Ideas had worked alongside Al Jazeera for editorial guidance.

“Given how hard it is to get information into Syria right now, we are partnering with Al Jazeera who will take primary ownership over the tool we have built, track the data, verify it, and broadcast it back into Syria,” Cohen wrote.

The interactive in question was listed on Al Jazeera to be a collaboration with Movements, a crowdsourcing human rights website. It further listed the interactive as being built with open source Google tools. of publication, the interactive appears down due to a server error, although the hosting page is still online.

Cohen had sought support from Clinton’s team at the time before launching the tool. “Let me know if there is anything you think we need to account for or think about before we launch. We believe this can have an important impact,” he wrote.

Jacob Sullivan, Clinton’s top foreign policy advisor in her presidential campaign, forwarded the email to Clinton saying “this is a pretty cool idea.”

PACE Calls for Control of Foreign Funding of Islam

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Political Affairs and Democracy Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) called in its report, released on Tuesday, on the Council of Europe member states to make effort to abolish any foreign funding of Islam that could be aimed at political intervention.

"The Assembly urges member States to… put an end to any foreign funding of Islam which is used for the purpose of national political expansion into other States under the guise of Islam," the report, dubbed "Regulating foreign funding of Islam in Europe to prevent radicalization and Islamophobia," read.

The report stipulated that while the ban on all foreign funding would be "arguably unreasonable and not necessary in a democratic society," it was essential to increase transparency by presenting annual financial reports that would give insight into the origin of any foreign funding and its use.

According to PACE, the Council of Europe member nations should "reject all attempts of interference in their territory by foreign organizations which aim to put in place a parallel society."

PACE went on to recommend "treating all religions on an equal footing."

"The Assembly encourages member States to introduce courses that promote an enlightened Islam, calls on them to devote substantial means to this, which also meet the needs of the religious communities, and supports initiatives to set up European faculties of theology open to Islam," the report read.

Over the past few years, Europe has been facing a large influx of migrants fleeing conflicts in their home countries, particularly those that are predominantly Muslim. According to a report by the US Pew Research Center, released in November 2017, Muslims should account for at least 18 percent of the combined population of Germany, France, Austria and Belgium by 2050.

At Least 52 Afghan Personnel Killed In New Series Of Taliban Attacks

Taliban members launched separate attacks on Afghan security forces in Afghanistan’s north, killing at least 52, according to provincial officials, cited by AP.

The fighting started late night September 9th and continued until the morning of September 10th. AP cited Mohammad Yusouf Ayubi, head of the provincial council in Kunduz province, who said that at least 13 security forces were killed, and 15 others wounded in an attack on a checkpoint they were manning in Dashti Archi district.

In the Jawzjani province, Provincial Police Chief Gen. Faqir Mohammad Jawzjani said the Taliban attacked Khamyab district from different sides, forcing Afghan forces to withdraw from the district headquarters to avoid civilian causalities. “There was intense fighting and we didn’t want civilian houses destroyed, or any civilian casualties,” said Jawzjani. He claimed that at least 8 policemen were killed, and three others were wounded. He also added that seven Taliban were killed and eight were wounded in the fighting.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid announced that the group claims responsibility for the attacks in Kunduz and Jawzjan provinces.

The Taliban also killed another 14 local Afghan policemen and pro-government militia, they also wounded 6 in the Dara Suf district of Samangan province, provincial spokesman Sediq Azizi said. Three Taliban were killed and four were wounded, according to him. Nobody claimed responsibility for the attack, nevertheless Azizi accused Taliban members that are active in the province and often target Afghan forces.

Across the Sari Pul province, Taliban fighters killed at least 17 Afghan security forces and wounded 3 in attacks, according to the provincial governor, Zahir Wahdat. He claimed that 39 Taliban fighters were killed, and 14 others were wounded in the battles, adding that the death toll could rise. Gen. Abdul Qayum Baqizai, the provincial police chief, said at least two security forces were killed in the battles. “The Taliban’s attack has been repelled, but sporadic gun battles are underway at the outskirts of the city,” Baqizai added. There has been no comment about fighting in the Sari Pul province from the Taliban side.

On September 9th, Taliban fighters killed 40 members of the Afghan security forces at a military base in the northern province of Baghlan and another 19 police officers and soldiers in Wardak and Herat Provinces.

On the same day, seven people were killed in Kabul as a suicide bomber attacked a commemoration marking the 17th anniversary of the killing of Ahmad Shah Masoud, who led the resistance against the Taliban in the late 1990s, he was killed by a suicide bomber two days prior to the September 11th attacks in the US.

This all came after on September 7th, the US command in Afghanistan announced on September 7 that Defense Secretary James Mattis had arrived in Kabul. The New American cited AP which reported that Mattis was accompanied by General Joseph Dunford, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff. Afghan presidential spokesman Mohammad Haroon told the AP that Mattis was expected to meet President Ashraf Ghani, as well as Afghan, U.S., and NATO military commanders.

The AP report cited by the New American also noted that the US government appeared to be increasing efforts to negotiate an end to the war in Afghanistan.

Prior to that, National Public Radio reported that on September 4th, Zalmay Khalilzad, who served as U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan and Iraq and as U.N. ambassador during the administration of President George W. Bush, was named President Trump’s special adviser to Afghanistan. “Ambassador Khalilzad is going to join the State Department team to assist us in the reconciliation effort, so he will come on and be the State Department’s lead person for that purpose,” Pompeo told reporters. Khalilzad will “be full-time focused on developing the opportunities to get the Afghans and the Taliban to come to a reconciliation.”

The New American reported that Khalilzad “Khalilzad is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), an organization that has dominated U.S. foreign policy since the end of World War II, pushing for constant military intervention in other nations and entangling U.S. troops in a never-ending series of no-win wars,” such as the 17-year-long war and still continuing war in Afghanistan.

German military strikes on Syria would be ‘absurd & irresponsible’ – Left Party chair

The leader of Germany’s Left Party hit out at the government for mulling potential military strikes against Damascus, just one day after Berlin said it was in talks with allies about possible German military deployment in Syria.

“I believe that these discussions are completely irresponsible,” Die Linke (the Left Party) leader Sahra Wagenknecht told German N-TV, adding that discussing such plans is “absurd.”

In a Facebook post just hours earlier, Wagenknecht demanded from German Chancellor Angela Merkel that the federal government not blindly follow demands from the Trump administration.

Merkel should “make it clear [to Washington] that there will be no automatism for a German participation” in US-led strikes on Syria, she said, branding such attacks as “violating international law.”

Wagenknecht castigated the ministry of defense, saying “it’s a scandal” that the department is even checking “whether a principle of a parliamentary army can be thrown away for the sake of military support for Trump.”

According to German law, the use of the army (Bundeswehr) for missions abroad should be greenlighted by MPs.

The comments from the leftist politician come just one day after German government spokesman Steffen Seibert said that Berlin is in talks with its allies about a possible military deployment to Syria if Syrian government forces “used chemical weapons” against the last major rebel stronghold in Idlib.

The government announcement drew instant criticism from the Social Democrats on Monday, while on Tuesday a group of specialists within the Bundestag concluded that the German military’s participation in military strikes in Syria would violate Germany’s constitution and international law.

The possible involvement comes at a tense time, as US National Security Adviser John Bolton warns that Washington, along with France and the UK, will launch a “much stronger” response if any chemical weapons are used in Syria. His most recent warning echoed a similar one made by him in August.

Meanwhile, the US military has begun bolstering its presence in the region as tensions around Idlib – the last stronghold of terrorist groups including Jabhat al-Nusra and some offshoots of Al-Qaeda – continue.

But as the West continues to point the finger at the Syrian government, while simultaneously claiming it has used chemical weapons before – an accusation which Damascus denies – the Russian Defense Ministry has warned of another scenario.

It has repeatedly said that it is actually terrorist groups such as Jabhat al-Nusra and the controversial White Helmets that are preparing to stage a chemical assault in order to give the Western coalition a reason to strike Syria again.
