It's an annual event, but doesn't really get going until the parade ends. Then we all drink as much as we can for an hour and head on over to Annapolis to genuflect on John McCains greatness and pay our heartfelt respects. If his daughter, Orca, is there, we try to express our appreciation for her, too.
