Find the hurricane and click inside it to find SURFACE wind speeds. Nothing close to Cat 4. The other day during Typhoon in Japan, I looked at that and it had legit wind speeds over 120 MPH. Why are they lying about surface wind speeds which is the only way you measure for hurricanes? Is it to get federal funds, like Q drop regarding CA fires. This anomaly, or fraud was noticeable in Pacific storms this year too.
