FIRST of all, yes we are all human, but no, we are not all equal. Humanity is just the starting point for each individual. I do not believe in "blank slate" theory… the theory that we are all just a blank slate when born, and that we become what we're taught… I'm also not a believer in the "deterministic" theory that says we are basically set in stone from conception by our DNA to be X, Y, or Z… It's a mix of the two.
Here are the fucking facts, nigga…
1) Black people are, AS A WHOLE, less intelligent from the get-go than any other racial group…
HOWEVER, that difference is NOT very significant… and there's about 98% overlap… so anyone who uses this to justify racism is stupid.
2) CULTURE inculcates us into various behaviors. The culture you are raised in matters FAR more than anything else. This is why you see young black boys who are raised in white households turning out to be well-mannered, intelligent, studious, respectful, successful, etc… NONE Of it has to do with being white or black, it has to do with habits, behaviors, belief systems, and how you are TAUGHT to navigate the world.
3) What I saw in that video was a 100% chimp out session. It was a bunch of fucking rabid animals cheering, hootin' and hollerin' because they get a fucking 12 inch erection from watching violence happen in front of them… those people have no respect for the elderly, and place more value on being featured on "World Star Hip Hop" than on doing the RIGHT FUCKING THING…
4) I judge BEHAVIORS, not PEOPLE… I don't judge a person at all… so I certainly don't judge skin color, or ethnicity, or gender… It's not about that. It's about fucking BEHAVIORS… what you DO says more about you than what the circumstances of your birth were. No one got a CHOICE in who they were born as… what skin they were born in to… but you DO have a choice about how you HANDLE YOUR SHIT!
And by "handle your shit" I mean, how you handle the adversity you face in life. The #1 problem with the black community is they THINK they're oppressed, so they THINK they need to fight back against it… so what they DO is try to be everything that is "not white", because the white man is their oppressor… when what they NEED TO FUCKING DO is fucking ACT MORE WHITE…

1) They get up early
2) They go to work
3) They work hard.
4) They show respect to each other.
5) They marry their women.
6) They stay married

ALL of these things, and many more, are painted as "white behaviors" in the black fucking community… and if you do ANY of these things, OTHER FUCKING NIGGERS will pile on that poor black boy and be like "Why you tryin' to act so damn WHITE, nigga?" They make it out to be like behaviors that will lead to your success and comfort in life are an EVIL thing because they closely resemble what WHITE people do… so they cast those behaviors aside, and do the opposite, AND THEN FUCKING WONDER WHY THEY DON'T SUCCEED!
… That's just fucking STUPID, man! Which lends credibility to the notion that black folk are actually as low IQ as their DNA would suggest.

YOU are trying to define culture as the symptom of a group, when it is the opposite that is true.
Your definition implies: Group causes culture.
The ACTUAL definition of culture means the group comes together AROUND those beliefs, values, and things… Culture draws a group together… Culture CAUSES the group, rather than the group causing the culture.
