Theory: Could the Military influence the weather measuring system and just simulate a storm? I mean, theoretically it would be possible to influence sensors ans stuff. What if that is "THE STORM" Q referred to. Could a "simulation" like this be caused, to be able to evacuate thousands and millions of people from a place, where shit is going to hit the fan because of high level arrests and because of that, possible FFs?
