While I do agree with you, and I am not screaming over it (just heart broken as we all are), (((they))) can create an emergency every time this comes up in the future. We'll never get anywhere.

Personally I'm terribly concerned for all the lives we could lose to this storm, but we cannot forget those already gone either. Nor all the damage done, and the damage is great. It'll happen how it's supposed to, I guess, but don't expect people to not be pissed off.
My stepdad was shot in the head a few months after, on Dec 26th that year.
Never got justice for that either….3 step brothers left without a really awesome dad.
But hey, Americans don't get justice. That's your model, cause guess what….it'll just keep happening, a new emergency for every occasion. If it's not happening that's because it's reveal is planned, not because of this storm. The plan has not changed due to this storm. Reconcile.
