Blockchain prevents past events from being overwritten. Therefore, no one could go back and wipe out parts of a database or other storage area that is stored on blockchain. SUMO is one such implementation that CM is going to implement for this board (apparently).
SUMO is for text, and the proper phrasing I should have used was "storage are that is stored USING blockchain," and not "… on blockchain." Blockchain is more of a method, not an area.

It is quite possible. Please read my reasoning before responding. The C_A was a rogue agency in the US. What is to say that the FSB, SVR RF, or KGB (all the same thing more or less) were not the same? It does not say that the Russian Federation is behind this, but that "Russia" is. So, when you see "Russia," you could think "KGB" in many instances to see that it is not impossible to be correct. This note does not make any claims for or against Putin and his machine.
