Thought occurred to me about what's going on. If the hurricane delay doesn't work (SPOILER: it won't), the black hats need a way to delay DECLAS.

The only thing they really have left is financial control. I think they will try a complete collapse of the dollar, since it isn't propping up the world anymore due to euro/brics cartels.

What would that do? Bank runs, job loss, chaos…which would bite them in the ass. White hats could easily call it economic terrorism, and stage mass arrests. It would also be a perfect time to offline the internet, since epay and debit systems would've be working anyhow.

So you would have a shitton of normies sitting at home with no money, no jobs, and no internet. Which is the perfect time to activate the EAS and talk to a very bored audience. EVERY derp and derpina would listen. And watch the address explaining who and what just destroyed their way of life.

And they would be pissed, which is the perfect time to arrest the mess, privatize/destroy the fed, and reclaim our systems. Midterms would be guaranteed, and we could finally get everything declassified.
