Why all that chatter about EMP blasts lately? Did I miss something?
Well then someone should tell them that solar-flare magnetic-field interactions produce nothing resembling an EMP.
Geomagnetic storms, as that crowd call them, are exclusively in the extremely-low frequency bands. That can't mess with anything but powerlines and pipelines (and other geographically long conductors). A EMP that would fry electronics needs to be in the RF to microwave bands.
Be presently are in a war, declared by Congress, against radical Islamic terrorism. If he aided radical Islamic terrorists then he is fully guilty of treason as defined by the constitution. There is nothing in the constitution's definition saying that the war has to be against a nation-state.
