Questions for Lawfags: If Rahm Emanuel (was a Mossad asset) and he infact transmitted secrets to them then can he be tried? I think so because we prosecuted those other two US double agents that were working for the Israelis back in the 80's or 90's.

Given his father's background it wouldn't surprise me if he was. Also, I'm trying to dig now on Zeke Emanuel, Rahm's brother, who helped Hussein with Obamacare. Maybe he too is a Mossad asset.

And if Hussein KNEW that Rahm was a Mossad agent doesn't that make Hussein party of a conspiracy to commit treason?
