I was getting super excited as I dug through the 50+ page of this amended petition for grand jury in NY w/latest date of 7/18 by this group today:

Maybe judges are in place to now pursue it w/aggression? Petition originally filed April 2018. First amended petition filed last day of July 2018.

That EO re human rights violation, if they have done the legal ground work which I'd wager is the reason for the clock ticking this long, seals their financial fate freezes assets & enables the ability for such jubilee to take place.
