We've had an entire trial with Manafort and they can't manage to sentence Flynn. Whether it's bc Mueller is waiting on Huber or he's just trying to silence Flynn until after Nov, it's highly unusual he hasn't been sentenced yet for a simple 302 violation. A violations no one thinks he committed.
