Excellent point. Did not consider that. I trust POTUS, this will happen when he wants it to. Until then, I'm twiddling my thumbs and eagerly awaiting The Storm. I'm thinking sometime after Kavanaugh's confirmation as he's needed to break the tie for all of the appeals that will be going up to SCOTUS.

That and if he's smart, he's not talking about an ongoing criminal proceeding against him. It's just dumb to go around blabbing if the case disposition is still pending, awaiting sentencing (final judgment).

That's why I believe he's running his mouth to a grand jury and he isn't done yet. That's why they keep pushing the sentencing.
