Not sure. From a laymanโ€™s point of view, the Chanโ€™s and other websites would either have to comply with the EUs regulations or block all IPs from the EU.

 

People in the EU would might have to use VPNs in other countries to get around the electronic curtain.

 

If EU bans VPNs like China did then its back to analog I guess.
