I recall attorney-client privilege was recently in the news…grin. Beryl Howell (I fucking hate that goddamn bitch) allowing a former attorney to testify. I wonder if he's charged with a crime? Quoted relevant portion.

Feds Ready Ex-Manafort Lawyer for Witness Stand

The testimony of a lawyer who handled Manafort’s filings could be pivotal to the government’s case, but Manafort wants the evidence barred from trial.

Attorney-client privilege typically shields attorneys from having to disclose what their clients tell them in confidence, but there are some exceptions to the privilege rule, including when an investigative subject lies to his attorney, after which the attorney inadvertently passes those lies on to the government.

U.S. Chief District Judge Beryl Howell ruled in October last year that the crime-fraud exception applies since Manafort “likely violated federal law by making, or conspiring to make materially false statements and misleading omissions” on Foreign Agent Registration Act submissions and that the attorney could be compelled to answer seven specific questions.

The lawyer is not named in the government’s court filings, but prosecutors identified Akin Gump attorney Melissa Laurenza in an exhibit filed late last month in their bid to access some of the attorney’s communications with Manafort.

Looks like there's some issues with having the evidentiary determinations being made by Chief Judge Howell before it was handed over to Judge Amy Berman-Jackson. Also looks like Weissman is a counsel of record in this case. He's filing motions and shit. All of the dirt on Weissman? Oh this should be interesting. And Manafort is thinking of pleading out. I don't get this at all.

Old news but still good idea to keep it from being buried.

It's also not far from White Sands and Roswell. But that didn't seem to matter when it was established in 1958. I'm thinking it MAY have something to do with the goddamn massive hole in the sun's atmosphere but I'm ignorant of the consequences.

They give a fuck, just not enough of a fuck. They don't realize the significance of it. Yeah so what if Obama spied on Trump. Boilerplate response to someone saying it isn't a big deal because it's Trump: "Well, what if your candidate was spied on? How outraged would you be?" Cue the stammering and then the anger, irrational response like "My candidate would never collude with Russians."

Yep, pissed me off in the beginning. Now, just a part of life. Won't stop me from speaking and disseminating. Shouldn't stop anyone else. Normies just don't want to admit to themselves that their government doesn't have their best interests in mind. Mild understatement. The myth of the benevolent government is really hard to bust.

Some of these Twitter replies to what Meadows was tweeting last night lead me to believe that these people could be shown a fucking murder weapon, forensic report with Hillary's DNA all over it, and they'd find some way to blame Trump for it. They REFUSE to admit that they've been fooled. It's too damaging to the ego. The ego will not permit it.

IMO he's been spilling the beans on where the bodies are buried. Mueller keeps pushing it because there's more and more info. His plea agreement requires disclosure of ALL crimes that he has knowledge of.
