I think Fox just announced what could be "the new MSM".
Hannity, Carlson, Ingraham and another half-dozed "fair" hosts are all moving to a subscription-based, all Internet-accessible platform in the 4th quarter of this year.
How I interpret this (and I may be wrong) is the new format eliminates advertising and click-through revenues. The next logical leap from there is that Fox News will no longer be tied to the 6 corporations that control 90%+ of all MSM.
If you eliminate the "conflict of interest" ($$$), fair and balanced reporting becomes possible again.
