Q and team are fighting a cabal intent on provoking WW3 and decimating the global population. A minor deception (if, it turns out to be the case, but I'm not saying it is) that inconveniences 1.3 million as a means to thwart the intention of the globalists is negligible.

When sex is divorced from the natural, biological consequences (pregnancy) and becomes a recreational activity as opposed to a procreational necessity for the continuation of the species, it takes on a whole new purpose. The good and natural consequence of male/female sexual relationships (pregnancy and children) is replaced by all manner of sexual perversions to satisfy any lust you can imagine, as long is it doesn't result in pregancy which is relegated to an evil and undesirable consequence to be avoided at all cost.
