EMP is hard

Calling China to sit at their desk, push some commands from their computers pointed at our control systems for the grid is easy. This would do the same thing as an EMP, as all one really needs to do is turn off the power at grid level to cause huge chaos. 30-90 days of diesel for standby genny's at nuke power plants before they all go fukushima. That kind of radiation doesn't do anyone any good.
