I just wonder if the "retcon" approach would happen in this situation since it's unexplored legal territory. Would Palin have a say on how to treat O's 8 years of laws, EOs and judge appointments? If she doesn't technically do anything as president I don't see the retcon approach as something taking place, but who knows.
